Dr. Sachin Hari Tambare has spent a lifetime on both sides of the shooting line – as a competitor who represented Maharashtra in Recurve and Mumbai University in the Indian bow, and as an educator with a Ph.D. in Archery who has taught sport from school playgrounds to college lecture halls. At Bullseye, he sits on the Tournament Organizing Committee, where every rule of competition passes before someone who has actually lived them.
